Air Travel

Before completing your registration, please be sure that you have confirmed your air travel to San Antonio for the 2016 Global Sales Conference. Your flight information is required so that we can provide transportation for you to and from the San Antonio International Airport.

Plan to arrive in San Antonio by 3:00 pm on Monday, September 21, 2015. The Opening General Session will be the first event-sponsored activity which will begin promptly at 6:00 pm in the Independence Ballroom.

Ground Transportation

Upon your arrival at the San Antonio International Airport on September 21, please look for the Welcome Signs in the baggage claim area. Here you will be greeted by a DMI representative who will assist you with your luggage to the transfer vehicles for the 25 minute ride to the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa.

Prior to your departure, your shuttle time back to the San Antonio International Airport will be posted outside the General Session room.
