Please complete and submit your registration form by August 24, 2015 to register for the 2016 Global Sales Conference.
Before completing your registration, please be sure that you have confirmed your air travel to San Antonio for the 2016 Global Sales Conference. Your flight information is required so that we can plan for your transportation.
Please do not contact the hotel directly for room reservations. Your hotel room will be confirmed automatically through your conference registration.

When should I plan to arrive/depart the conference?
Plan to arrive in San Antonio by 3:00 pm on Monday, September 21, 2015. The Opening General Session will be the first event-sponsored activity which will begin promptly at 6:00 pm in the Independence Ballroom. You may depart any time on Friday, September 25.

Will there be ground transportation provided?
Yes, we will provide complimentary transfers from the San Antonio International airport to the Hyatt Regency Hill Country. Please do not rent a car.

What documentation do I need to enter San Antonio?
For U.S. citizens, a passport or state issued driver's license is adequate. Other nationalities must have a passport to enter the U.S. For further information and assistance, you may contact Kathy Thompson at 913-709-2032.

Complimentary overnight self-parking is available. Valet parking is $23 plus tax for overnight guests.

All rooms, inside the main lodge and inside pool gate are non-smoking.
