Important Registration Information

Please complete and submit your registration form by August 24, 2015 to register for the 2016 Global Sales Conference.

Before completing your registration, please be sure that you have confirmed your air travel to San Antonio for the 2016 Global Sales Conference. Your flight information is required so that we can plan for your transportation.

Please do not contact the hotel directly for room reservations. Your hotel room will be confirmed automatically through your conference registration.

1. When should I plan to arrive/depart the conference?
   Plan to arrive in San Antonio by 3:00 pm on Monday, September 21, 2015. The Opening General Session will be the first event-sponsored activity which will begin promptly at 6:00 pm in the Independence Ballroom. You may depart any time on Friday, September 25.
2. Will there be ground transportation provided?
   Yes, we will provide complimentary transfers from the San Antonio International airport to the Hyatt Regency Hill Country. Please do not rent a car.
3. What documentation do I need to enter San Antonio?
   For U.S. citizens, a passport or state issued driver's license is adequate. Other nationalities must have a passport to enter the U.S. For further information and assistance, you may contact Kathy Thompson at 913-709-2032.
4. May I extend my stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country?

5. Is there a charge for parking?
   Complimentary overnight self-parking is available. Valet parking is $23 plus tax for overnight guests.
6. Is smoking permitted in the sleeping rooms or other areas of the hotel?
   All rooms, inside the main lodge and inside pool gate are non-smoking.
7. Is Internet access available?
   Complimentary Internet will be available in the sleeping rooms and meeting space.
8. What is the weather like in September?
   In September, the average high temperature is 88 degrees and the average low is 61 degrees.
9. Will there be ground transportation to take me to the airport when I depart?
   Yes, we will provide complimentary transfers from the Hyatt Regency Hill Country to the San Antonio International Airport. Prior to your departure on Friday, September 25, you will be notified of your shuttle time back to the San Antonio International Airport.
10. What will the attire be during the conference?
    Dress attire for the entire event including Closing Evening Event will be casual.
11. Will I be responsible for any expenses during the conference?
    We will provide your hotel room, meals, and ground transportation to the hotel and back to the airport. You will be responsible for incidental room charges (dry cleaning, in-room movies, room service, phone calls, etc.). All attendees are responsible for their own air travel expenses..
12. What is the time zone in San Antonio?
    San Antonio is in the Central Standard time zone.
13. Can I bring a spouse or guest?
    The Sales Conference is designed to share company and product information, and build relationships among the sales organization. We respectfully request that you not bring a guest during the Sales Conference.
